First, try a different preset — for heavy background noise in a room, the Call preset applies the strongest denoising. If your recording has very loud background noise, try processing it twice (run the output file through again). Also ensure your file isn't already highly compressed (very low bitrate MP3), as that limits what our AI can recover.
Payments typically process instantly, but occasionally a Stripe webhook can be delayed by a few minutes. Try refreshing your dashboard after 5 minutes. If your plan still shows as Free, please email support@noise-remover.com with your receipt number and we'll resolve it immediately — within the hour during business hours.
Yes. All paid plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 7 days of your purchase at support@noise-remover.com and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. After 7 days, we don't offer refunds for unused subscription periods, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Log into your dashboard, go to Billing in the sidebar, and click Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No hoops, no phone calls, no retention tactics. If you run into any trouble cancelling, email us and we'll do it for you immediately.
No. Your audio files are permanently and automatically deleted from our servers the moment processing completes. Output files are available for download for 1 hour, after which they are also purged. We do not listen to, store, analyse for content, or share your recordings with any third party. Your audio is completely private.
